Our Team

Eric Letsinger, Founder and CEO

Eric is the founder and CEO of Quantified Ventures Holdings which designs, capitalizes, launches, and scales high-impact ventures including Quantified Ventures LLC, QV Health, Bosland Growth, Dorvie, Soil and Water Outcomes Fund, ReHealth Collaborative, and Crossroads Forest Company. Each venture delivers and reports on measurable health, social, and environmental impact. Eric was the Founder and CEO of Quantified Ventures LLC from 2014-23 and now serves as the CEO of Quantified Ventures Holdings. Eric is a tri-sector executive, bringing 30+ years of leadership experience in government, nonprofit, and private sector organizations operating in healthcare, environment, education, and housing. He has led transformative, public-private initiatives to drive impact in complex, cross-sector business environments including IBM, Baltimore Public Schools, Baltimore Housing Department, Cyveillance Software, PWC, and Samaritan Inns Homeless Services. Eric’s expertise is further reflected in his faculty appointments at Northwestern’s Kellogg School of Management and Georgetown’s McDonough School of Business, where he instructs on Impact Investing and Sustainable Finance. Eric is the Board Chair for the Recovery Café of DC, which provides support and affordable housing for homeless men and women in recovery from drug and alcohol addictions in Washington, DC.  In this capacity, he’s led the process of securing $32.5M in financing/funding for a new facility in Anacostia/Ward 8 of Washington, DC, which includes 42 units of affordable housing.

Aaron Bielenberg, Principal

Aaron brings over 25 years of elite infrastructure operating executive, investment and advisory expertise to the team. Aaron has a proven track record of driving value across massive, complex operating and investment portfolios. Aaron is currently an Operating Partner at Macquarie Asset Management, a Principal at Quantified Ventures Holding, Founder of Crossroads Forestry Company and Owner of Lodepoint LLC an AI enabled value creation focused advisory and technology platform. His career is defined by leadership roles at McKinsey & Company (Partner) and BCG (Managing Director and Partner), as well as his tenure as Head of Portfolio Management at Generate Capital, where he oversaw performance for a $7B sustainable infrastructure portfolio. Beyond private equity, Aaron is a recognized specialist in sovereign debt, restructurings and large-scale infrastructure financing and investment. He has advised the world’s largest utilities, energy operators, financial institutions and private equity, debt and infrastructure investors and was notably appointed as Revitalization Coordinator for Puerto Rico to lead critical infrastructure programs. Aaron holds a JD from Columbia Law School, a BA from Brown University, and is a former Fulbright Scholar.
